Job Description We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, a leading multinational real estate company.
Position: Finance Support (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Experience: 1+ years in Accounts Receivable
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Work Setup: 5 Days Work from Office
Payroll: Third-party payroll (UpGrad) – 1-year contractual role
Key Responsibilities:
Support the accounts receivable function by executing assigned activities related to billings, cash application, AR reporting, and basic credit analysis in line with defined processes.
Perform day‐to‐day AR operational activities including posting, processing, and verification of receipts, and support revenue accounting and close activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including coordination with outsourced service provider teams.
Assist in monitoring and resolving pre-close AR activities such as AR reconciliations, sales register accuracy, and provisioning support, escalating issues as required to ensure timely month‐end close.
Support collections activities by tracking overdue receivables, following up with internal stakeholders, and assisting in initiatives aimed at improving cash collections and reducing receivable balances.
Key Skills
Working Knowledge of Finance/Accounting systems (SAP preferred), MS Office, excellent analytical skills
Proficiency in the English language
