We combine strategy, creativity, data, and performance marketing to build campaigns that deliver results.nAbout the Role :nWe are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing.nYou will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns for our clients, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI.What You'll Donn Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.n Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.n Conduct audience research, targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.n Analyze campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities.n Work on conversion tracking, landing page optimization, CRO,
