Job Description We are looking for a "ServiceNow Delivery leader " for our global IT services providern Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabadn 20+ years of managing ServiceNow projectsn Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)n Key Responsibilitiesn n Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clientsn Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and supportn Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standardsn Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communicationn Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting,
