Job Description Assistant Director Internn Location: Bangaloren Type: Internship (Full-time)n Duration: 4-6 Monthsn About the Rolen Are you a filmmaker who loves the logistics of production but also catches the acting bug? We are looking for a On Set Production Intern to join the BabyBillion crew.n In this role, you won't just be behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who can organize a shoot schedule one minute and jump in front of the camera the next. You will shadow our Director and AD, managing the high-volume workflow of a massive YouTube channel, while also serving as on-screen talent when needed. This is the perfect role for an Instagram/YouTube creator who wants professional production experience.n What You'll Don n Support Pre-Production: Assist the production team in building schedules, scouting locations, creating shot lists, and sourcing props to ensure we are shoot-ready.n Assist on Set: Be the eyes and ears on the ground. Manage call times, coordinate talent movements, and ensure the crew has what they need to stay on schedule.n Learn Logistics: Gain hands-on experience managing the "moving parts" of a shoot. You'll help anticipate logistical hiccups and learn how to solve problems in real-time.n Facilitate Communication: Act as a key link between the crew and the office. Ensure call sheets are distributed and everyone is aligned on the day's goals.n Step into the Spotlight (Acting): Act as on-screen talent for our videos. Whether it's a supporting character, a host, or a skit participant, you need to bring high energy and expressiveness to the screen.n n Who You Aren n The "Creator" Type:



You aren't just a filmmaker; you are a personality. You likely have an active Instagram or YouTube presence and are comfortable creating content for yourself.n Camera Ready: You have positive camera presence, confidence, and can take direction well when acting. You aren't afraid to look silly or energetic for a kids' audience.n Current Student or Recent Graduate: You are studying Film, Media, or Communications, or have recently graduated with a passion for video production.n Eager to Learn: You have experience with student films or personal projects and are hungry to learn how professional sets operate.n n Skills We're Looking Forn n Organizational Superpower: You love lists, schedules, and details. You can keep track of gear and people without losing your cool.n Proactive Attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do—if you see a messy cable or a confused cast member, you jump in to help.n Calm Under Pressure: Production can be chaotic.
