Location: Fully remoteEngagement: Short-term contractExperience: 7+ years overallAvailability: Must be available until 2:00 PM ETOverview We're seeking an experienced Smartsheet Consultant with project management experience for a short-term engagement to design and build out OKR (Objectives and Key Results) functionality in Smartsheet. You'll work directly with the business and own the solution end to end - from requirements gathering through implementation and handoff.Responsibilities Gather, clarify, and document requirements with business stakeholdersDesign and configure Smartsheet solutions: sheets, reports, dashboards, formulas, cross-sheet references, workflows, and automationBuild out OKR tracking functionality aligned to business needsManage tasks and timelines, and provide regular status updatesSupport testing, implementation, and knowledge transfer at handoffRequired Qualifications 7+ years of overall relevant skilled experience (10+ a plus)
