JOB PURPOSE Lead the furniture and interior product design function, combining strong aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop cutting-edge, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the design team.Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends.Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions.Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.Review production drawings, BOMs, and validate prototypes.Lead design for commercial,



residential, and hospitality projects.Track global trends and drive design innovation.Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent.Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues.Support sales with presentations and client discussions. 4.
