Hiring: Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Chartered Accountant to become the Finance Partner to the Founder, not just an accountant.

n

This role is for someone who can take complete ownership of finance, build strong systems and controls, and simplify the founder's life by managing the finance function independently.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

* Complete accounting and financial management of the Private Limited company.

n

* GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory compliances.

n

* Company accounting, financial statements and bookkeeping.

n

* Income Tax Returns for the company, promoters and family members.

n

* Tax planning and tax-efficient financial structuring.

n

* Payroll processing and statutory compliance.

n

* MIS reporting,



cash flow management and financial analysis.

n

* Build SOPs, improve accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls.

n

* Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

n

Ideal Candidate

n

* Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience.

n

* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit, Payroll and ROC compliances.

n

* Experience working with a Private Limited Company.

n

* High ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

n
