About the Role
n

- Position: Learning Designer & Developer
n
- Mode: Contract (1 year)
n
- Hybrid, Bengaluru location
n
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Design and develop high‐quality, learner‐centered learning experiences for external audiences, aligned to defined learning objectives, experience frameworks, and curriculum standards
n
- Execute externally focused learning strategy, producing instructional designs, storyboards, scripts, slide decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting assets
n
- Develop digital, blended, and instructor‐led learning experiences intended for clients, partners, and ecosystem participants, using established templates, tools, and design standards
n
- Leverage AI‐enabled tools to accelerate the creation of draft learning designs, storyboards, scripts, and content outlines, applying instructional expertise to validate, refine, and finalize outputs
n
- Apply sound instructional and learning experience design judgment to ensure AI‐assisted outputs meet learning objectives,
professional audience expectations
n
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help shape complex, technical, or domain‐specific content into effective learning experiences for external learners
n
- Support ongoing curriculum maintenance, enhancements, and revisions across an existing portfolio of externally delivered learning assets
n
- Support the implementation of translations and localization, including preparing content for handoff, addressing design considerations, and validating localized versions against original learning intent
n
- Ensure learning experiences meet quality, accessibility, brand, and governance standards
n
- Design content for modularity, reuse, and localization, enabling efficient scaling across regions, markets, and external audience segments
n
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones, including curriculum architects, project leads, localization partners, and fellow designers and developers
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or learning experience design, ideally supporting external or professional audiences
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering end‐to‐end learning assets, from design through development and build
n
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design best practices
n
- Demonstrated ability to use AI‐enabled tools to support content development, including drafting designs, scripts, or learning assets, with transparent accountability for final outputs
n
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts and incorporating structured feedback into final deliverables
n
- Experience supporting localization or translation workflows for learning content (in partnership with vendors or internal teams)
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
n
- Experience working in structured, enterprise environments with defined standards, processes, and governance
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
- Experience designing learning for external, client‐facing, or professional audiences
n
- Familiarity with common learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms
n
- Experience developing video‐based or media‐rich learning experiences
n
- Experience using AI‐enabled content creation tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar), or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply AI tools to improve efficiency in learning design and development workflows
n
- Comfort working within a global delivery model with distributed, cross‐functional teams
n
