About the Role

n

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MEP Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Fit-out projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and handover of all MEP services for office interior projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Project Planning & Execution:

n

n
- Manage complete MEP execution for office interior fit-out projects (5000 sq. ft. to 1,00,000 sq. ft.)
n
- Prepare and review MEP project schedule, work breakdown structure, and resource planning
n
- Coordinate with Design, Civil, Architecture, and Procurement teams for seamless execution
n
- Conduct site feasibility and MEP site surveys
n

n

2. Technical Management:

n

n
- Electrical: Execution of LT panels, DB dressing, UPS, lighting, power layout, cable tray routing, earthing as per SLD.
n
- HVAC: Execution of VRF/VRV, ducting, FCU, ventilation, and integration with interior works.
n
- Plumbing & Fire Fighting: Water supply, drainage, sprinkler systems, fire alarm & detection system (FAS/FAP).
n
- Review and ensure compliance with MEP drawings, GFC drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
n
- Ensure all installations comply with NBC, IS Codes, and client safety standards.
n

3. Vendor & Contractor Management:

n

n
- Selection, negotiation, and management of MEP sub-contractors and vendors
n
- Check and certify contractor bills,



BOQ variations, and extra items
n
- Monitor material procurement, approvals, and inventory at site
n

n

4. Coordination & Client Handling:

n

n
- Single point of contact for all MEP related matters with Client, Consultants, Landlord, and PMC
n
- Lead weekly MEP coordination meetings and prepare MOM
n
- Coordinate with BMS, AV, IT, and Access Control teams
n

n

5. Quality, Safety & Handover:

n

n
- Ensure quality checks, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems (Lux level test, Air balancing, Hydro test etc.)
n
- Implement EHS and safety protocols on site
n
- Prepare as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, and facilitate final project handover and DLP
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Diploma with strong interior experience can also be considered.
n
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of mandatory experience in MEP Project Management for Office / Commercial Interior Fit-outs only. General building or residential experience will not be suitable.
n
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project / Primavera
n
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost control
n
- Positive understanding of office interior brands -
n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
n
- Ability to handle 2-3 projects simultaneously
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience working with leading Interior GC firms or PMC firms
n
- Experience in handling premium clients like IT / MNC / Co-working spaces
n
- Knowledge of Green Building / LEED certification norms is a plus
n
- Industry Preference: Corporate Interiors, Design & Build, Commercial Fit-Outs, Managed Office Spaces, Workplace Solutions.
