- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process (BPO) experience – Mandatory

- Graduation is Mandatory
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Comfortable working with US & Australian customers
n
- Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions professionally.
n
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
n
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
n




- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
