Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide expert-level guidance in embedded system design, architecture, development, and integration.
n
- Define technical strategies, system requirements, and solution roadmaps for complex embedded products.
n
- Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization efforts across hardware-software interfaces.
n
- Review and validate embedded software for compliance with coding standards and industry certifications.
n
- Mentor and support engineering teams on embedded development best practices and processes.
n




- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
n
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies in embedded systems, IoT, real-time systems, and microcontroller platforms.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

n

n
- Proficient in embedded C/C++ , RTOS , Linux , or bare-metal programming .
n
- Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC, etc.) and peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, PWM).
n
- Experience with firmware development , bootloaders , low-level drivers , and hardware abstraction layers (HAL) .
n
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as JTAG , oscilloscopes , logic analyser's , etc.
n
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
n
- Exposure to model-based development (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.
n
- Understanding safety standards like ISO 26262 , IEC 61508 , or MISRA C (as per domain).
n
- Proficiency in system-level debugging and performance profiling .
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
n
- 18+ years of hands-on experience in embedded system design and development.
n
- Prior experience in leading technical teams or acting as a consultant on embedded projects.
n
