Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Closing Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end property closing process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and possess robust knowledge of property documentation, legal compliance, customer coordination, and registration procedures.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage the complete property closing process from booking confirmation to possession.
n
- Coordinate with customers, sales, legal, finance, CRM, and banks to ensure timely closure of transactions.
n
- Verify and maintain all property-related documents required for registration and handover.
n
- Schedule and coordinate agreement execution, registration, stamp duty payments, and possession formalities.
n
- Liaise with financial institutions for loan disbursement and ensure timely receipt of payments.
n
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and company policies related to property transactions.
n
- Resolve customer queries related to documentation, registration, and payment processes.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer files, agreements, and transaction status.
n
- Prepare periodic reports on closures, pending cases,



registrations, and collections.
n
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of all closing activities.
n
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay the closing process.
n

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and documentation.
n
- Good understanding of property registration, home loan processes, and legal documentation.
n
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
n
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
n
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
n
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
n
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Closing/Customer Closing/CRM (Post-Sales).
n
- Industry: Real Estate experience is mandatory.
n

Preferred Candidate Profile

n
- Experience with residential or commercial real estate developers.
n
- Familiarity with home loan disbursement and registration processes.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
n
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
