Role Overview:- We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and relationship-driven professional to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and guiding prospective clients through their migration journey.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment, enjoy interacting with HNI clients, and are passionate about achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

Business Development & Client Acquisition:-
Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through strategic outreach and networking.
Generate recent business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable migration and advisory solutions.

Relationship Management:-
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients and business partners.
Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Build trust and credibility through professional consultation and service excellence.

Revenue Growth & Sales Performance:-
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client presentations, consultations, and solution-based sales discussions.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.

Client Consultation & Guidance:-




Educate clients about immigration pathways, eligibility requirements, timelines, and processes.
Address client concerns and provide accurate information throughout their decision-making journey.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking international opportunities.

Documentation & Process Coordination:-
Ensure seamless coordination with legal, operations, and documentation teams.
Maintain compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
Monitor client cases and support smooth application processing.

CRM & Reporting:-
Manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities through CRM systems.
Maintain accurate records and regularly update client status.
Prepare sales reports, market insights, and performance updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:-
Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in Immigration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, Financial Services, or Luxury Sales will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
