- JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY

This role requires a strategic and technically proficient Solutions Leader to spearhead the development and execution of compelling Finance & Accounting (F&A;) solutions for RFPs and proposals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in F&A; processes, coupled with a strong command of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and data-led transformation, enabling the creation of innovative, scalable, and client-focused solutions.

- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
n

- Lead the solutioning and technical response for Finance & Accounting (F&A;)–related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals across industries.
n
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and technology teams to design end-to-end F&A; solutions aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.
n
- Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into digital-first solutions leveraging automation, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and cloud platforms.
n
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and value propositions tailored to F&A; transformation opportunities.
n
- Present solutions to internal stakeholders and clients through orals, workshops, and demos.
n
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Finance & Accounting, shared services, and BPM.
n
- Support cost modelling, risk assessment, and transition planning for proposed F&A; solutions.
n
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for F&A; solutioning

- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Functional & Behavioral Skills





n

- Proven expertise in F&A; processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A;, Tax, Treasury) and familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements
n
- Strong understanding of digital enablers including ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML), workflow/BPM tools, and data analytics
n
- Experience in crafting solutions and responses for large, complex RFPs and client engagements
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
n
- Experience with digital finance transformation, including areas such as touchless invoice processing, cash application automation, close & consolidation, reconciliations, FP&A;, or customer-to-cash optimization
n
- Prior experience working with global F&A; operating models, shared services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments
n
- Certifications in BPM tools, cloud platforms, or AI/ML frameworks are a plus.
n
- Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore models.
n
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
n
- Robust analytical and storytelling skills to craft compelling value propositions.

Educational Qualifications & Relevant years of Experience

n

n
- Qualified Accountant, master's degree in finance, Accounting (MBA preferred)
n
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting transformation, BPM, or solution architecture roles
