Job Role - CRM/Inside Sales Executive Location - Santacruz East, Mumbai (Full time on-site - 5 days' work week)

Interact with customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, to provide information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions.
Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote products or services and meet sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and offering personalized recommendations to customers.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring a seamless purchase experience.
Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and document interactions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Customer Feedback: Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
