Internship Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven Internship-to-Hire opportunity .

During the Internship

- No fixed stipend will be provided.
- No fixed salary will be provided.
- Interns will be eligible to earn performance-based commissions for qualifying contributions and deliverables that create measurable business value for the company.
- Commission eligibility, amount, and applicable criteria will depend on the nature and commercial impact of the contribution.
- Examples may include validated business opportunities, commercially valuable research, client or partnership opportunities, product opportunities that progress toward commercialization, or other approved revenue/business-value-generating outcomes.
- Completing routine research assignments, reports, training activities, or internship tasks does not automatically qualify for commission.
- Commission is variable and performance-based and is not guaranteed .

Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable participating in an internship without a fixed stipend or salary. Post-Internship Full-Time Conversion

Successful completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee employment .

High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time salaried position with Magnetar AI Solutions LLP based on:

About the Role

Magnetar AI Solutions LLP is looking for highly curious, analytical, and unconventional thinkers to join us as Venture Systems Researchers — AI & Emerging Technology .

This is not a conventional research internship.

You will operate at the intersection of:

Industry Problems × Emerging Technology × Product Innovation × Business Viability

Your primary mission is to discover important real-world problems that could become the foundation for new technology products, platforms, or infrastructure businesses.

Instead of being given a predefined product and simply asked to research it, you will investigate industries, understand how businesses actually operate, identify inefficiencies and unsolved problems, challenge existing solutions, and determine whether Magnetar can build something meaningfully better.

You will work closely with the Founder and product/technical teams across:

Problem Discovery → Research → Validation → Solution Hypothesis → Technical Feasibility → Prototype → Product Opportunity The strongest research may directly influence what Magnetar builds next.
