What You'll Do

- Design intuitive and engaging websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital products.

- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and user needs to develop effective design solutions.

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability research where required.

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Develop responsive designs across different screen sizes and devices.

- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.

- Present design concepts and design decisions to clients, founders, and internal teams.

- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, explain design decisions, gather feedback, and manage design iterations.

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Review implemented designs and identify inconsistencies or usability issues.

- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and project requirements.

- Maintain consistency across brand, UI, and digital experiences.

- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of design work.

What We're Looking For

- 13 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX projects.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.

- Strong command of Figma.

- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and information architecture.

- Good understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design.

- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, colour, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to think from the user's perspective and create simple, intuitive experiences.

- Ability to convert complex requirements into clear and effective design solutions.

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency.





- Ability to explain and defend design decisions with clear reasoning.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in communicating with clients and presenting design ideas professionally.

- Comfortable working with feedback and iterating quickly.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- A strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and problem-solving.

Good to Have

- Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems.

- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.

- Familiarity with tools such as FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development workflows.
