About the Role ANS RPO Solutions is looking for experienced US Staffing Recruiters to join our team in Nehru Place, New Delhi. We are hiring recruiters with experience across US IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and Pharma staffing.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.




- Work on US IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, and Pharma requirements.
- Understand and work with US staffing concepts, including W2, C2C, 1099, and various work authorization types.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage the offer and joining process.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet individual recruitment targets and turnaround-time expectations.
- Collaborate with account managers, recruiting teams, and clients to understand hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment preferred.
- Experience in US IT / Non-IT / Healthcare / Pharma recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of US geography, time zones, employment types, and work authorization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
- Experience with ATS/recruitment platforms such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar tools is an advantage.
