We are looking for a highly driven and experienced US Sales Executive to lead outbound and inbound sales efforts targeting the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → lead qualification → pitching → negotiation → closure.

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach).

- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

- Conduct product demos, client presentations, and discovery calls with US-based clients.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for lead conversion and client onboarding.

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5–7 years of experience in US Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales.

- Proven experience in selling to US-based clients (mandatory).

- Strong expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Services / SaaS / Staffing

- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
