Role Overview:

We are looking for a Recruiter with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing high-level full-cycle recruitment across diverse (non IT) industries for our US clients. You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques and mentor-level expertise to identify top-tier talent and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for various professional roles in the US, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to placement.
- Advanced Sourcing: Architect sophisticated sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and major job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) to find passive talent.
- Multi-Industry Support: Adapt quickly to diverse job requirements across different sectors such as Engineering, Finance, or Professional Services based on client needs.
- Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate directly with US-based account managers and clients to define job specifications, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of US labor laws, visa regulations (H1B, Green Card, etc.), and market trends to provide consultative advice to internal teams and clients.
- Reporting & Analytics: Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track recruitment metrics, analyze pipeline health, and optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire ratios.

Key Skills Required:

- US Market Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the US staffing landscape, including different tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and US geography/time zones.
- Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level skills in identifying niche talent through unconventional channels and advanced digital tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex job descriptions and create a targeted recruitment roadmap.
- Communication Excellence: Near-native English fluency (written and verbal) with the ability to build immediate rapport with US-based candidates and executives.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to pivot between different industries and skill sets while maintaining high accuracy and speed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2.5 years of solid experience in US Recruitment (mandatory).
- Experience working with VMS/MSP portals and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets in the US market.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
