Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a wide range of IT positions.

Responsibilities include working with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job descriptions, conducting phone and video interviews, and coordinating interviews and feedback. The role also involves negotiating compensation, managing offer processes, maintaining accurate recruitment records,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The US IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets and adhere to client timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology roles.
- Candidate should have W2 recruitment experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring practices, including working with hiring managers and managing offer negotiations.
- Familiarity with US recruiting practices, time zones, and employment regulations is highly beneficial.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines and hiring goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
