- We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in W2 recruiting, preferably with direct clients/implementation partners.

- The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, high-volume hiring, passive candidate engagement, Boolean sourcing, and independent recruitment for US IT requirements.

- Candidates should understand current technologies, US hiring practices, and work with US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, and TN visa holders.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and problem-solving skills are required.

- Work from office in Hyderabad, 8 PM to 5 AM IST, full time.
