Position - Fit-Out Manager Site

Experience: 812 years in real estate / construction fit-out projects

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution and management of interior fit-out works at project sites, ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control, safety and coordination among contractors, consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete fit-out execution from site readiness through handover.
- Plan and monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry and other finishing works.
- Prepare and track detailed work schedules, milestones and daily/weekly progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
- Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications and site requirements before execution.
- Monitor contractor productivity,



manpower deployment and material availability.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, deviations and rework.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges in coordination with consultants and Project Head.
- Monitor quantities, wastage and material consumption to support project cost control.
- Ensure proper documentation of measurements, work orders, site instructions and progress reports.
- Coordinate inspections, snag rectification and final handover of completed areas.
- Ensure compliance with project safety standards and statutory site requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports and provide regular progress updates to management.
