Role: Business Manager - Sales As a Business Manager - Sales, /n you will be required to own the sales funnel & drive sales closure. You will need to achieve sales targets on projects month on month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. /n What You'll Own /n ● Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output /n ● Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects a month, by ensuring current project bookings. /n ● Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management. /n ● Training designers to ensure sales & enabling them to achieve their targets What We're Looking For /n ● Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, Master's/ any Specialization / MBA Tier 2 /n ● 4+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth. ● 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales. /n ● Strong communication and presentation skills /n ● High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
