for Oracle Fusion Finance Functional .

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Deliver projects in the areas of process and controls optimization, shared services, and finance function consolidation / integration, working capital optimization, close process optimization, corporate performance management, and Budgeting, planning and forecasting.
- Understand and design finance processes and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls.
- Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders.
- Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.)
- Provide Solution inputs, Design overall solution and interfaces required with other systems.
- Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise between business users and the Implementation team.
- Run stream project management activities including task identification, work effort estimates, work schedules, tracking progress against plan and budget.
- Interacting with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Apps and Oracle Cloud, collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, test, re-work and sign off, and work with business leads to implement the solution developed.




- Functional solution design to address clients business requirements.
- Manage the documentation of the functional application processes, and user procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

- 7+ years experience in Fusion, implementation experience of Financials as a part of a Consulting Organization is a must.
- Oracle Financial Functional Experience with Oracle (Must have: AP, AR, GL, Taxes ).
- Robust knowledge of related application configurations and processes.
- Knowledge of Project Implementation Methodologies
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines. Ability to effectively lead and motivate small project teams.
- Achieves results under limited direction. Strong customer and results orientation.
- Good knowledge of the interaction of Finance areas
- Must be thorough with Intercompany, Sub Ledger Accounting, and Budgeting processes.
- Should have retail Background experience.
- Travel ready with a valid passport.
