Experience: 2-6Years as MIS Executive

Location: Velachery

Shift: Day

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain employee headcount data on a regular basis
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly HR Dashboard
- Work along with HR departments on the data analytics.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system.
- Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format

Prepare future trend analytics. COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET :

- Good verbal and written communication.




- Strong hands on experience in MS Excel, Macros & Power BI.
- Good presentation skills
- Data Science in preferable.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Positive Team player, Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills. QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in the BPO industry is preferred
