Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced WFM Manager with strong expertise in Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Forecasting, Machine Learning, and Workforce Management (WFM). The role involves analyzing workforce data, developing predictive models, optimizing workforce planning, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop predictive models for workforce demand and capacity planning.
- Analyze WFM performance metrics, trends, and KPIs.
- Drive workforce optimization through data-driven insights.
- Build analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for forecasting.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT,



and cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in WFM.
- Solid knowledge of Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Python / R / SQL.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx / KNIME.
- Expertise in Power BI / Tableau / D3.js.
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) principles and metrics.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
