Designation: Project Head

Experience: 15–20 Years

Salary: 20-22lpa

Industry: Real Estate / Construction (preference)

Project Exposure: Residential & Commercial

Shift: Dayshift with 6 days working/Sun fixed off

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution for residential and commercial real estate developments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, quality standards, coordination with consultants and architects, and effective site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from planning to completion.
- Oversee residential and commercial construction projects , ensuring timely and productive execution.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities, progress, quality, and project schedules .
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders .
- Review drawings, layouts, and technical details and ensure proper execution at site.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines .




- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and resources at site.
- Maintain proper documentation and project-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 18–20 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Project Execution.
- Strong experience handling both Residential and Commercial projects .
- Proven expertise in site execution and project management .
- Strong coordination skills with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors .
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience managing large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.
