Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability. The position is based out of Mohali .

n Key Responsibilities
n
n - 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
n - Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team.
n - Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns.
n - Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners.
n - Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
n - Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
n - Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers, or similar.




n - Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
n - Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance using data.
n - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
