We are looking for someone to lead Compliance at Scapia.

n

As the Compliance lead, you will play a critical part in driving a culture of compliance

n

working closely with leaders across the board.

n

Focus Areas:

n

n
- Develop a comprehensive credit and lending compliance policies, procedures,
n

n

and controls as per latest guidelines

n

n
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
n

n

associated with co-branded credit card operations.

n

n
- Set up robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track compliance,
n

n

conduct internal audits, and create reports for leadership and regulatory authorities.

n

n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk management,
n

n

and product development,



to integrate compliance measures into our credit and lending processes.

n

n
- Help set up current processes for NBFC and lending operations
n
- Foster relationships with regulatory authorities, and staying updated on regulatory changes that impact our business.
n
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the evolving credit and lending regulatory landscape to adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
n

Profile:

n

n
- Masters in Law/Finance & 6+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in fintech space
n
- In-depth knowledge of credit and lending regulations, including but not limited to consumer lending, business lending, fair lending practices, credit reporting,and privacy laws
n
- Build from scratch and implement credit and lending compliance policies
n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with regulatory authorities
n
- Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and maintaining positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
n
- Mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence
