Audit Manager (Future Opportunities)

n

Experience Level: Manager

Overview

n

The Audit Manager leads multiple U.S. audit engagements while managing offshore teams. This role is responsible for engagement planning, technical review, quality assurance, and coordination with U.S.-based partners and managers.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment and internal control evaluation
n
- Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance
n
- Manage client timelines, deliverables, and communications
n
- Supervise and mentor supervisors, seniors, and associates
n




- Resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
n
- Ensure audit documentation meets professional and regulatory standards
n
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of audit tools and technologies
n
- Team Leadership & People Management
n
- Coach and develop offshore audit teams supporting U.S. engagements
n
- Conduct performance evaluations and workforce planning
n
- Identify training needs and uphold quality standards
n
- Maintain team morale and utilization during peak periods
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 10+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred
n
- CA/CPA preferred but not required
n
- Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and AICPA standards
n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
n
