Job Summary n

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Embroidery Punching Operator to join our apparel team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, fashion content creation, video editing, and embroidery digitizing/punching.

n

The role involves creating high-quality visual content for apparel collections while also developing embroidery artwork and converting designs into production-ready embroidery files.

n

Key Responsibilities n

n

Graphic Design & Creative Content

n

n
- Create engaging visual and motion content for apparel collections, campaigns, and brand promotions.
n
- Design social media posts, reels, lookbooks, catalogs, emailers, e-commerce banners, and promotional creatives.
n
- Edit raw footage from fashion shoots, factory floors, product shoots, and model photoshoots into high-quality videos and reels.
n
- Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects for campaigns and product launches.
n
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, including fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual style.
n
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, styling, and product teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards.
n
- Organize and maintain high-resolution product images, videos, design files, and other digital assets.
n

Embroidery Design & Punching

n

n
- Create and develop embroidery artwork for logos, motifs, patches, labels, and garment designs.
n
- Convert artwork into production-ready embroidery files using professional digitizing software.
n
- Operate embroidery punching/digitizing software and prepare files according to garment specifications.
n
- Ensure correct stitch density, underlay, thread direction, sequencing,



sizing, and placement.
n
- Coordinate with the embroidery production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
n
- Review embroidery samples and make necessary corrections to achieve the required finish and quality.
n
- Maintain embroidery design files and production records for future requirements.
n

Required Skills n

n
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Wilcom .
n
- Good understanding of apparel graphics, fashion design, and garment branding.
n
- Hands-on experience in embroidery digitizing/punching and logo development .
n
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques, stitch types, thread selection, density, and sequencing.
n
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
n
- Good understanding of composition, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
n
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple creative projects.
n
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
n

Education Qualification n

Any Graduate with relevant experience in Graphic Design, Fashion, Apparel, or a related field.

n

Experience n

5–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, apparel, fashion, embroidery, or a related creative industry. Experience in the garment/apparel industry will be an added advantage.
