Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and premium experience

- Manage guest appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups
n
- Drive membership and wellness program sales
n
- Build strong guest relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels

- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
n
- Maintain accurate guest records and support daily operations

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Guest-centric and service-oriented approach

- Sales aptitude with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and memberships

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
n
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, healthcare, or customer-facing roles preferred
