Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate troubleshooting and resolutions. Maintain skilled communication while handling customer interactions. Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and timely support. Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols. Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have a technical/IT-related qualification, such as: BCA B.Tech / BE B.Sc .
