Job Description Responsibilitiesn n Act as the primary point of contact for client governance and provide a high-touch "Silk Glove Treatment (SGT)" experience to drive successful adoption of AI and automation solutions.n Understand client workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements and delivery efficienciesn Assess use cases, recommend solutions leveraging the Agent Fleet Platform and Agent Fleet Assistant, and support deployment across internal and client user groupsn Gather, prioritize, and translate client and delivery requirements into clear functional specifications, partnering with Acuity’s Tech team and Delivery teams for implementationn Drive user adoption, engagement, and change management activities to maximize solution utilization and business impactn Monitor adoption, usage, productivity, and business outcome KPIs; analyze trends and recommend actions to improve value realizationn Establish and manage governance cadences with clients, including regular reviews of progress, feedback, enhancement opportunities, risks, and issue resolutionn Coordinate closely with Delivery, Technology (ASL), and other stakeholders to manage escalations, enhancements,



fixes, and continuous improvementsn Lead implementation planning, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking to ensure timely and successful solution rolloutn Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and success stories highlighting adoption, business advantages, and overall client experiencen nn Required Backgroundn n Post-Graduation in any stream (technology background preferred)n Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management including requirement assessment, solution building and implementationn Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology consulting roles with significant client-facing responsibilities.n Robust understanding of Banking domain (commercial and investment banking)n Passion to help find new technology solutions and drive operational efficienciesn Strong stakeholder management, program governance, business analysis, and change management skillsn Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver timely resolutionsn Proficiency in MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Pointn n
