Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support.

- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
n
- Graduation is mandatory.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n
- Ability to interact confidently with international customers.
n
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
n
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
n
- Candidates must be currently residing in Pune.
n
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
