THE OPPORTUNITY

- This is a leadership role at the intersection of business, design, construction, clients and commercial outcomes.
n
- As Head Design & Build, you will own the P&L;, delivery performance, client relationships and operational scale-up of the business.
n
- You will lead a high-performing national organisation responsible for delivering some of India's most progressive workplaces from concept and design through execution and handover.
n

You should bring:

n

n
- 18–25+ years of experience in Design & Build, commercial interiors, construction, workplace or related sectors.
n
- Proven experience managing large and complex project portfolios.
n
- Demonstrated P&L; / business ownership.
n
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, procurement and project economics.
n
- Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
n
- Solid understanding of the complete D&B; lifecycle.
n
- Proven experience engaging with CXO-level clients and senior stakeholders.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
n
- Ability to operate comfortably between strategy, clients, commercial decisions and project execution.
n
- Willingness to travel across India.
