Scope of Work:

- Develop, assess, and implement financial objectives and operational policy.

- Leading and delivering complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients.

- Ensuring that all Operations are managed as per clients' requirements & Statutory Compliances.
n
- Introduce Process improvement with clear focus on Automation & Productivity.
n
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables.
n
- manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
n
- Ability to develop scalable processes from scratch/ Proven track record of developing and implementing best practice processes to increase efficiency.
n
- Lead, delegate and effectively manage large teams.
n
- Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making.
n
- In charge of the department's attrition and adherence management, therefore they support the reporting Leadership team by offering assistance for client's escalations well as for employee's concerns.
n
- Increasing the systems, procedures,



and best practices for operational management that ensure the health of the organization.
n
- Meets the Operations team financial KRAs of Per FTE Revenue & Gross Profit Margins.
n
- Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
n
- Maintains skilled and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the market.
n
- Work alongside cross functional teams
n
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
n
- Handson experience to Overseas Accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero etc
n
- Perform monthly review of the Financial Statements made across for all the clients.
n

Competence Requirements

n

n
- Graduation or Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant
n
- 15+ Years of work experience out of which 5 years should be in a leadership position with a large organization in a similar operations role.
n
- Managing the team size of 250+ team members
n
- Multi-location & Industries operations experience will be an added advantage.
n
- Advanced computer skills
n
- Exceptional communication Skills
n
- Experience of managing the team
n
- Result oriented – strategic thinker and planer.
