About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented US Forensic & Dispute Advisory Professional to support US-based clients across forensic accounting, commercial disputes, litigation support, and Divorce Advisory engagements. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex financial investigations, marital dissolution matters, asset tracing, income analysis, economic damages, lost profits, and litigation-related financial consulting. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting and financial analysis skills along with the ability to interpret complex financial records and prepare high-quality analytical workpapers and reports for dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

Forensic & Dispute Advisory

n

n
- Assist in forensic accounting and financial investigation engagements for US clients.
n
- Support commercial litigation and dispute advisory assignments involving financial analysis and document review.
n
- Analyze financial statements, general ledgers, bank statements, invoices, contracts, payroll records, and supporting financial documentation.
n
- Identify unusual transactions, inconsistencies, financial irregularities, and trends through detailed financial analysis.
n
- Prepare reconciliations, financial models, analytical schedules, workpapers, and supporting exhibits.
n
- Assist with economic damages, lost profits, business interruption, and other financial claim calculations.
n
- Conduct research and prepare structured analysis to support expert opinions and litigation matters.
n

Divorce Advisory & Matrimonial Disputes

n

n




- Support Divorce Advisory engagements involving marital dissolution and high-net-worth divorce matters.
n
- Analyze personal and business financial records to determine income, assets, liabilities, and cash flows.
n
- Assist with asset tracing, identification of marital and separate property, and financial documentation review.
n
- Prepare schedules for net worth analysis, lifestyle analysis, spending patterns, and personal financial statements.
n
- Support income analysis for self-employed individuals, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.
n
- Assist in preparing financial exhibits and documentation used in divorce litigation and settlement discussions.
n
- Review tax returns, business records, compensation structures, and investment information relevant to matrimonial disputes.
n

Reporting & Client Support

n

n
- Assist in preparing expert reports, financial exhibits, presentations, and client deliverables.
n
- Maintain accurate and well-documented workpapers in accordance with engagement standards.
n
- Collaborate with senior consultants, managers, and US engagement teams throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional accuracy.
n




- Communicate findings clearly through written analysis and professional discussions with internal stakeholders.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
n
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in Forensic Accounting, Audit, Advisory, Litigation Support, Financial Analysis, or Dispute Advisory.
n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
n
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to review large volumes of financial information accurately.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and supporting US shift operations.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience in Divorce Advisory, Matrimonial Litigation, or Family Law financial consulting.
n
- Exposure to asset tracing, lifestyle analysis, income determination, or net worth analysis.
n
- Experience supporting US clients or working with US GAAP and US financial reporting.
n
- Prior experience with litigation support, expert witness engagements, or forensic investigations.
n
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or other financial analytics tools is desirable.
n
- Experience working with high-net-worth individual financial analysis will be an advantage.
