Untitled Production is looking for an experienced Mid-Level CGI / VFX Producer to join our team remotely Mumbai.

n

We are looking for someone who understands the end-to-end CGI and VFX production pipeline and can independently manage projects from the initial client brief through budgeting, artist allocation, production, feedback rounds and final delivery.

n

This is not a CGI artist position. We are looking for a Producer / Project Manager who understands CGI, VFX, 3D production and post-production workflows and can confidently manage clients, artists, timelines.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage CGI / VFX projects from brief to final delivery
n
- Understand client briefs and convert them into clear production plans
n
- Prepare budgets, estimates, timelines and resource plans
n
- Coordinate with:
n
- CGI / 3D Artists
n
- Modellers
n
- Texture & Look Development Artists
n
- Lighting Artists
n
- Animators
n
- Compositors
n
- Retouchers
n
- VFX Artists
n
- External studios / freelancers
n
- Allocate and manage resources based on project timelines and deliverables
n
- Conduct internal and client project kick-offs
n
- Track daily project progress and ensure deadlines are maintained
n
- Manage multiple CGI/VFX projects simultaneously
n
- Handle client communication, feedback and revision rounds
n
- Identify additional scope and communicate cost/time implications
n
- Maintain project budgets and monitor profitability
n
- Identify production risks and resolve issues before they affect delivery
n
- Ensure final outputs meet required creative and technical quality standards
n
- Coordinate final QC, mastering and delivery
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- 4–7 years of experience in CGI / VFX production, post-production or project management
n
- Previous experience at a CGI studio, VFX studio, post-production company, advertising agency or production house
n
- Strong understanding of the CGI production pipeline:
n

n

Brief → Asset Collection → Modelling → Texturing → Shading → Lighting → Animation → Rendering → Compositing → Client Feedback → Final Delivery

n

n
- Strong project management and organisational skills
n
- Experience preparing project estimates and production schedules
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
n
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
n
- Robust understanding of production budgets and commercial implications
n
- Good eye for detail and final quality control
n
- Ability to work with both internal teams and external artists/vendors
n

n

Software / Workflow Knowledge

n

Working knowledge of production-management platforms such as ShotGrid, Ftrack, Monday.com,

n

Maya, Jira or similar tools is preferred.

n

Familiarity with CGI/VFX software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, Houdini, Nuke and After Effects will be an advantage.

n

You are not required to operate these tools as an artist, but you should understand how CGI and VFX teams use them during production.
