We are looking for an MIS Analyst with strong manufacturing-domain experience to drive management reporting, business analytics and decision-support MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS for management.
n
- Develop standardized MIS formats, dashboards and management review decks.
n
- Analyze Production, Sales, Inventory, RM/WIP/FG, Capacity Utilization, Productivity, Cost Variances, Working Capital and Profitability.
n
- Conduct Actual vs. Budget, Actual vs. LY and Actual vs. Forecast analysis.
n
- Analyze plant-wise and product/SKU-wise performance and identify key business drivers.
n
- Identify cost/revenue leakages, productivity gaps and profitability improvement opportunities.
n
- Work closely with Plant Operations, Finance, Sales, SCM,
Procurement and Business Heads.
n
- Automate reporting processes and develop Power BI dashboards using ERP data.
n

Looking for:
n
5+ years of experience in MIS / Business Analytics / Management Reporting
n
Manufacturing industry experience – Mandatory
n
Robust hands-on Advanced Excel & Power BI
n
Experience with SAP / Oracle / other ERP systems
n
Strong understanding of manufacturing & business performance metrics
n
Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
n
Ability to work with Plant Heads, Business Heads, Finance & Senior Management
