Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Presales Manager – Managed Services to drive presales and solutioning for IT Managed Services opportunities across Application Support, Infrastructure, Data Center, End User Support, Cloud, Software, and Application Managed Services.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end presales activities for Managed Services opportunities.
n
- Understand client requirements and design solution, operating and delivery models.
n
- Prepare and manage RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, SOWs, and commercials.
n
- Develop resource models, effort estimations, SLAs, KPIs, governance, and transition plans.
n
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, and SMEs to create winning solutions.
n
- Conduct client discussions, discovery workshops, presentations, and solution negotiations.
n
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.
n
- Support the transition of won deals from Presales to Delivery.

Required Skills

n

n
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT Presales / Solutions / Managed Services.
n
- Strong understanding of Application, Infrastructure, Data Center, EUC, Cloud, and ITSM services.
n
- Experience in RFP/RFI, solution design, costing, estimation, and commercial models.
n
- Valuable knowledge of ITIL, SLA/KPI, governance, transition, and service management.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience in handling enterprise customers and large Managed Services engagements is preferred.
n

The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing Managed Services presales professional who can combine strong technical understanding with business acumen. The candidate should be comfortable leading discovery workshops, designing end-to-end Managed Services solutions, developing commercials, presenting to senior stakeholders, and working collaboratively with Sales and Delivery teams to close complex opportunities.
