Hiring: Associate | Capital Markets Operations

We are hiring an Associate to join a growing capital markets operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 t o 5 years of experience in IPOs, corporate actions, registrar & transfer operations, or capital market services.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

n

- Coordinate with corporates, banks, depositories, Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs), and stock exchanges.
n
- Prepare and share transaction-related drafts and documentation with clients before execution.
n
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure complete documentation for processing.
n
- Update client information and corporate action events in internal systems.
n
- Resolve client queries in a timely and skilled manner.
n
- Process allotment-related activities with accuracy.
n




- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions.
n

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
n
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in capital market operations or related functions.
