Job Description

Direct and manage daily manufacturing operations for the calcium silicate/cement board production lines to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.

n

· Ensure strict adherence to product specifications, maintaining consistent board density, thickness, and bending strength.

n

· Optimize the entire production flow: raw material dosing, forming, pressing, curing, drying, and finishing.

n

· Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of process parameters (viscosity, moisture content, press density, wet forming, curing stages etc).

n

· Coordinating with Maintenance teams to implement Preventative Maintenance schedules.

n

· Managing production schedules, forecast demand, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery.

n

· Supervise the production staff, allocate labour, and manage inventory and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

n

· Ensure that all products meet required quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

n

· Monitor production performance,



identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

n

· Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working setting for all the shopfloor employees.

n

· Work with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to coordinate activities and achieve business goals.

n

· Create and manage budgets for production activities.

n

· Leading and Training Supervisors to perform effectively in line with management objectives.

n

· Upkeep of all relevant data, records and registers including MIS to Management at regular

n

· intervals on all connected activities.

n

· Procurement, Raw material processing, manufacturing and post-processing activities.

n

· Managing the entire lifecycle of ancillary products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
