Unqork Production Support Engineer / Senior Support Analyst

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Relevant Unqork Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

Budget: Up to 12 LPA

Domain: Life Insurance / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Unqork applications.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Perform RCA and implement preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot Unqork modules, workflows, data workflows, decisions, forms, integrations, and dashboards.
- Support production deployments and post-release validation.
- Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware integrations, and data synchronization issues.
- Validate inbound/outbound API payloads.
- Work with business, application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Create monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in major incidents, war rooms, and weekend release support.

Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Kibana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch

Production Support: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Major Incident Management, ServiceNow, SLA Management, RCA, Knowledge Management
