AjnaLens is looking for a Junior Unity Developer to join our Technology team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).

We are seeking a Unity Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience in developing games, simulations, or interactive 3D applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Unity and C#, a good understanding of 3D application development, and the ability to build, debug, optimize, and deploy interactive experiences. This is a full-time role, focused on Unity development, application performance, integrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

1. Develop and maintain Unity applications using C#, including interactive 3D experiences, games, simulations, and related applications.
2. Implement and integrate application features such as UI, interactions, gameplay/simulation logic, animations, physics, APIs, SDKs, and third-party plugins.
3. Debug, optimize, and deploy Unity applications while ensuring performance, stability, and compatibility across required platforms.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required:

- 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in Unity development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Skilled experience developing games, simulations, interactive 3D applications, or similar Unity-based experiences.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

- Strong knowledge of Unity and C#, including OOP concepts.
- Good understanding of Unity UI, physics, animation, prefabs, scene management, and Scriptable Objects.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of performance optimization and Unity Profiler.




- Hands-on experience with Git/version control and collaborative development.

What You’ll Be Expected to Do:

- Develop and maintain applications using Unity and C#.
- Implement UI, interactions, gameplay/simulation logic, animations, and physics.
- Integrate APIs, SDKs, plugins, and third-party tools into Unity applications.
- Debug applications and identify and resolve functional and performance-related issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, and smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver projects.
- Create builds and support deployment across required platforms.
- Follow development best practices, maintain clean code, and use Git/version control effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with AR/VR/XR development.
- Familiarity with OpenXR, XR Interaction Toolkit, and AR Foundation.
- Experience developing simulations, training applications, or immersive learning experiences.
- Knowledge of URP, Addressables, REST APIs, and Android/Windows deployment.
- Exposure to 3D applications or immersive technology products.
