1. Unit Head

Location: Ahmedabad / Matoda Plant

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 07 - 20+ years in heavy engineering or construction equipment manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for plant production and daily operations.
- Plan and achieve monthly production targets as per customer requirements.
- Manage fabrication, assembly, manpower, material and machine utilization.
- Monitor production quality, productivity and manufacturing cost.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Quality, Stores and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor manpower performance and develop production teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly production MIS.
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Responsible for overall plant efficiency and operational performance.

2. Fabrication Head Experience: 07 - 18+ years in heavy fabrication / machinery manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete fabrication activities for heavy machinery and equipment.
- Plan manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings, BOM and welding specifications.
- Supervise cutting, bending, welding,



grinding and structural fabrication.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and fabrication quality.
- Coordinate with Design and Quality teams for drawing and quality issues.
- Monitor welding quality, WPS/PQR and inspection requirements.
- Control material wastage and improve fabrication productivity.
- Manage fabrication workforce, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Track daily production and achieve monthly fabrication targets.

3. Assembly Head Experience: 07-18+ years in heavy machinery / construction equipment assembly

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete mechanical assembly of construction and heavy equipment.
- Plan assembly schedules according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper assembly as per drawings, BOM and technical specifications.
- Handle mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic assembly activities.
- Monitor machine alignment, fitment, torque and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with Fabrication, Design, Quality, Purchase and Stores teams.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and final inspection of machines.
- Identify assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage assembly manpower and improve team productivity.
- Ensure proper tool, material and component availability.
- Maintain assembly records and daily production reports.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
