Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in West Delhi.

The Travel

Consultant will handle end-to-end group travel inquiries, including assessing client needs, suggesting suitable flight options, and preparing competitive fare proposals across multiple airlines. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, updating booking details, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international group trips. The role involves regular communication with clients and airline partners,



providing timely responses, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The Travel

Consultant will also support fare negotiations, monitor booking status, and contribute to improving internal processes and travel solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience handling group or corporate travel.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flight routing, ticketing, and itinerary coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience with airline GDS or booking tools, and familiarity with domestic and international fare rules, is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple group bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the airline, travel agency, or air charter industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is desirable.
