/n Job Title: Transformation Manager /n Department: Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) /n Location: Remote /n /n Position Summary /n The Transformation Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and transformation initiatives across Vervent — from opportunity discovery through pilot execution, implementation, operationalization, and benefits realization. The role coordinates across Business, Operations, IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to manage cross-functional delivery, maintain governance, remove delivery impediments, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with agreed business objectives. Post-implementation, the role tracks adoption, performance, and realized business value to confirm initiatives are delivering the intended outcomes. /n Responsibilities /n /n
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise AI and transformation initiatives, from opportunity discovery and business-case development through pilot, implementation, operationalization, and benefits realization.

- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, resources, and success criteria.
/n
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Business, Operations, IT & Engineering, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Process Analysts, and external vendors.
/n
- Maintain delivery governance by ensuring required approvals, effective risk and issue tracking, compliance, documentation, and audit readiness throughout the initiative's lifecycle.
/n
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery impediments; escalate critical matters as appropriate.
/n
- Coordinate initiative charters, business-case inputs, pilot execution, implementation readiness, production transition, and handoff to business-as-usual operations.
/n
- Maintain explicit and timely initiative reporting on status,
milestones, delivery KPIs, resource needs, risks, and benefits realization.
/n
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and strengthening delivery processes, governance, and best practices.
/n /n Requirements/Qualifications /n /n
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a strong technical background.
/n
- 5+ years of total experience, including at least 3+ years in Program or Project Management, preferably within Fintech, with experience delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end.
/n
- Good understanding of the SDLC, with experience working across Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
/n
- Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and balance strategic objectives with project-level detail.
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business, technical, client, and vendor stakeholders.
/n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, and Power BI, with strong capabilities in project planning, reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
/n
- Exposure to AI, RPA, Digital Transformation, or other technology-enabled transformation initiatives preferred.
/n
- Agile, Lean, PMP, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
/n
- Comfortable working US shift hours (currently 5:30 PM–2:30 AM,
subject to project requirements).
