Position: Training & Placement Officer(TPO) /n Department: Training & Placement Department /n Institute: Navodaya Institute of Technology /n Location: Raichur Karnataka /n Job Summary /n We are looking for a dynamic Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to manage the institute's training and placement activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry partners. Coordinate campus placements, internships, career guidance, and pre-placement training for students.Drive placement initiatives and work towards improving student employability and placement outcomes. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Coordinate and manage campus placement activities.

/n

- Establish and maintain solid relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry representatives.

/n

- Identify and invite suitable companies for campus recruitment.

/n

- Coordinate the complete recruitment process, including aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews, and selection processes.

/n

- Organize pre-placement training on aptitude, soft skills, communication, resume writing, and interview preparation.

/n

- Assist students with career guidance, resume preparation, and interview readiness.

/n

- Coordinate internships, industry interactions,



career counselling sessions, job fairs, and seminars.

/n

- Maintain an updated student database, recruiter database, placement records, and documentation.

/n

- Prepare and maintain placement MIS and regular reports for management.

/n

- Track placement progress, offers, internships, and other student career outcomes.

/n

- Coordinate with faculty members and academic departments for placement-related activities.

/n

- Handle communication and coordination with students, faculty, management, parents, and recruiters.

/n

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with recruiters to encourage repeat campus recruitment and industry engagement.

/n

- Address student and recruiter queries and ensure smooth execution of placement activities.

/n /n Qualification & Experience /n /n

- Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant discipline.

/n

- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in training & placement, campus recruitment, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or career services.

/n

- Experience in an educational institution/college or corporate recruitment environment will be preferred.
